Everyone of the online proctors I have encountered (didn't say I only took each test once) has been extremely efficient, courteous, and professional. The only negative comment I have, is about the plan reading sections. The plans are extremely small and hard to see, and when you scroll over with your cursor, it enlarges the image way too much so that it is hard to read in the complete opposite way, which can cause extreme frustration on a timed test. It may be my computer settings, I'm not positive, but if this were fixed, I would give PRONTO a solid 10 out of 10, as it stands, I give PRONTO 9 out of 10.

Just a little constructive criticism that I hope will be heard as I plan to continue to use this for computer based testing. I wanted to post a follow-up in case others have the same questions that I did. I did take the PRONTO exam, and it couldn't have been an easier process.

(Though the test was a challenge!) Michelle, you were correct. I just used the book and the tabs to find the info that I needed and it was fine. I didn't have to glue or tape or staple the tabs to the book. I didn't need any scratch paper, digital or otherwise.
