I have the same problem. But I replaced the SYS and again I have the same problem. I have a HTC One and I had the same problem.

The lines for display in my sys.txt look like this: [rawdisplay] driver=engine;screen_xy='auto';+1845;screen_x=1794;screen_y=1005;screen_x2=1080;screen_y2=1700;screen_xy='1024_768:1920x1030/1080x1870' screen_xy='1024_768:1920x1080/1080x1920:fullscreen' but if this doesn't solve your problem, then you should try other data.zip because I have a new one since this is a new resolution not like my old HTC One X (wich is exactly the same res as SGS3). In data.zip I have 1024:768 resolution Hope it will work for you.
