I clicked on a text block in my document and it doesn't show the font just the size. Also the fonts are no longer in alphabetical order. How do I get this back?
Do you mean the Type -> Font on the Menu bar? Check File -> Document Setup and make sure the 'Compose to' printer is valid. Reduce the number of active fonts in Control Panel ->Fonts of about 100.

The symptoms I saw were an Error message that read 'Unable to find font - check font spelling', invalid names in my font pull down list (for example 'Arial Greek') and an inability to change fonts in an existing PageMaker document. I believe the cause of my problem was that I changed computers (reloaded PageMaker 7.0) but left the default printer as 'Microsoft Office Document Image Writer'.
