I'm not sure what you are asking. If you are asking how to make the computer boot from a USB drive, there is a one time boot key that will let you choose what drive to boot from.
It is different with each motherboard, usually F12, F11, F9. It will usually tell you on the boot screen. Failing that, make sure your USB is plugged in and go to bios boot menu and choose your USB as the 1st boot device save and exit. Afterwards change it back, but that is the hard way.
