Install Sage Fixed Assets - Reporting Server on the Server where the Sage Fixed Assets - Premier or Network Server components are installed: Note: Any prior version of Crystal Reports must be uninstall prior to installing the SAP Crystal Reports for Sage.
If the installation detects a prior version, it will not complete. • For either the Depreciation Network or Premier Depreciation: while logged into the server where the current Sage Fixed Assets Network Server or Premier Server is installed:Browse to, click the Login button located in the upper right of the page and login to the Customer/Partner Portal. • Once logged in, click My downloads, select Sage Fixed Assets, then select Sage Fixed Assets 2018.1 which will open Sage Fixed Assets Download page, select article titled Download Sage Fixed Assets Reporting Server Premier and Network, this will open the Sage Fixed Assets Reporting Server product download article. • Click the Download Now link, click Run or Open the download.exe file, click Run and click OK which will start the product download • Once the download completes, Click Next, click Yes to accept the License Agreement. • Click Finish once the installation is complete.
Install the Sage Fixed Assets - Reporting Client • From the workstation with the Sage Fixed Assets Client is installed, browse to the Sage Fixed Assets Premier or Network Server's FASServ or SFAServ Crystal folder and run the Setup.exe. • Click OK, click Next, click Next, put the dot in I accept the License Agreement, click Next, click Next, click Next, select Typical, click Next, click Next. • Leave the option for Check for updates unchecked (if this option is checked this may cause errors when launching crystal reports) and click Finish once the installation is complete.
