If by chance there is a problem with the gateway file it’s possible you can creatvie another download site by googling the file name. I know the gateway file will do the job if you can creative labs ct5803 it running.
Got the dell one in the end. I just tried it and had no problem and I’ve used creative labs ct5803 in the past several times.
